Here at Petit Four Patisserie we are passionate about creating delicious and beautiful desserts, patisserie and afternoon teas. We have over 15 years experience in 5-star hotels across the UK we have honed our skills and developed a deep understanding of what it takes to create exceptional desserts. The team is led by Michael Coggan who during his career has won many awards for his craft, most recently winning Channel 4's Bake Off: The Professionals. We are committed to using the highest quality ingredients and source local wherever possible as well as using the best techniques to create desserts that are not only delicious but are also visually stunning.
