"As a wedding planner, I approached Michael to create a centre piece croquembouche for my clients wedding in Oct 2023. He was so easy to work with and great communication throughout. My clients weren't quite sure what they were looking for in terms of design and flavours, but Michael was able to come up with ideas to help us narrow it down. The guests and couple loved the croquembouche, it went down so well as the wedding meal dessert on the day! Would highly recommend and hope to work with him again in the future. "
